End Prison Slavery in Texas Movement

Cooperating with the End Prison Slavery in Texas Movement

Amend The 13th: Abolish Legal Slavery in Amerika Movement works together with the End Prison Slavery in Texas Movement.

Both groups will focus on their own work in coordination with each other. Since our goals are the same, we help and support each other where possible to reach our mutual goals.

End Legal Slavery in Texas has a new site on which other prisoner-led movements in agreement with our mutual aims are also mentioned: Free Alabama Movement, Decarcerate Louisiana, and our California-based Amend The 13th – Abolish Legal Slavery in Amerika Movement, and possibly more similar movements that are in mutual agreement.

One of the mutual tools this year will be to hold demonstrations against prison slavery and against “civil death” and social containment statuses. Stay tuned for upcoming demonstrations.
